Search by destination, group size and must-haves like a pool, hot tub or dog-friendly. Every card shows an estimated five-night total, fees included where confirmed.
Compare side by side
Put up to four homes next to each other: total cost, cost per person, bedrooms, sleeping layout and amenities, so the differences are obvious.
Decide with your group
Share one link. Everyone can vote on homes, answer date and destination polls, and talk it through in one place instead of a group chat.
Book direct
Go to the rental company’s own website to book. You deal with the people who manage the home, and you can often skip extra service fees.

Stay totals, not teaser rates
Totals include cleaning and other required fees the rental company has confirmed, for the number of nights you choose.
Direct vs. booking sites
Where a home is also on Airbnb, Vrbo or Booking.com, you can see what the same stay costs on each, and how much booking direct may save.
Filters that matter to groups
Guest count, bedrooms, lake or beach, pools, hot tubs, game rooms, dogs welcome, and your own budget per person.

Votes and polls
Vote for a favorite home, and answer Yes, Maybe or No to suggested dates and destinations. The organizer makes the final call.

Set a private lodging budget, share it only if you want to, and keep a running list of who paid for what.
Itinerary, rooms and tasks
Plan arrivals, assign bedrooms, split up the to-do list and keep the trip schedule where everyone can see it.
Private by default
Only people who join a plan can see it. The organizer can turn sharing links off at any time.

The Wayvilo Verified badge means we’ve confirmed the rental company is who it says it is. Home details and prices still come from the company.

Good to know
Is Wayvilo free?
Yes. Searching, saving, comparing and planning with your group are free. Wayvilo doesn’t take bookings or payments, so there’s no Wayvilo booking fee either.
Do I book on Wayvilo?
No. When you’ve chosen a home, you book on the rental company’s own website, or on another booking site if you prefer. Booking directly often avoids the extra service fees that big booking sites add.
Where do the prices come from?
Rental companies enter their nightly rates and required fees. Prices are estimates, not live quotes, so always confirm the final price, availability and terms with the rental company before you book.
How is “cheaper booking direct” worked out?
We compare the total for your stay when booking direct with the cheapest booking site we have a price for, including required fees. If booking direct isn’t cheaper, we don’t show a savings badge.
Who can see my trip plan?
Only the people who join it. Each plan has its own private invite link, and personal details like your budget stay private unless you choose to share them.
Does a plan reserve a home?
No. A plan is a shared notebook for your group: homes you’re considering, votes, dates, tasks and expenses. Nothing is reserved until you book with the rental company.
