Fill the attached Wayvilo property import CSV using only the property database or source material I provide. Keep the existing column headers exactly as written, with one property per row. Do not invent property facts, descriptions, amenities, listing URLs, rates, fees or markup percentages. Leave undocumented cells blank. Use a stable external_id from my property database and preserve it across updates, even if the property name changes. Re-importing a matching external_id updates that company’s existing property; without an ID, the exact property name and location are used. Blank cells preserve existing values on updates. For new properties, undocumented amenities become No. For amenities use Yes, No, or a short factual detail; amenity_minage is a whole-number minimum booking age or blank. Use exact HTTPS property listing URLs, never channel search URLs. Put the actual base direct USD nightly rate in base_nightly_rate, excluding separately itemized fees. If known, enter Sunday–Thursday base nightly rates in base_nightly_rate_weekday and Friday/Saturday rates in base_nightly_rate_weekend. Do not convert a stay checkout total into a base nightly rate. Enter the required direct cleaning charge once per stay in cleaning_fee, and the optional direct pet charge once per stay in pet_fee. Enter 0 when the source confirms no charge; leave unknown fees blank. Do not add pet fees into the base rate or cleaning fee. Use plain numbers without currency symbols. OTA markup columns use percentage points: 18 for 18%, not 0.18 or 18%. Do not infer markups from commission fees. Markup-based channel estimates reuse direct fee rules by default; existing channel-specific fee rules are preserved. Review different channel cleaning, service or tax charges in the fee editor. Photos, tax rates, other fees and manual OTA price overrides are entered on Wayvilo and retained on updates. Do not add owner, verification, approval, photo, tax or publication columns. Use UTF-8 comma-separated CSV; quote cells containing commas, quotes or line breaks, and double embedded quotes. Return a downloadable .csv file without Markdown or commentary inside it.

CSV fields and accepted values

Keep the template headers. On new properties, blank amenity cells are treated as No. On updates, blank cells preserve existing values; enter No or 0 explicitly when appropriate. Columns may be reordered; commas and line breaks inside a cell need CSV quoting. Matching properties are updated in bulk. Photos, tax rules, manual channel prices and additional fees are retained. Markup-based channel estimates reuse direct fee rules unless separate rules are saved; review channel-specific charges in the fee editor. Removing a row does not delete a listing. To clear a text field, use its listing editor.

`home_size`	Include the unit, such as 2,400 sq ft.

`base_nightly_rate_weekday`	Optional base USD rate for Sunday–Thursday nights. Enter the rate itself; separately itemized fees are excluded.
`base_nightly_rate_weekend`	Optional base USD rate for Friday/Saturday nights. Date-free estimates use a 5 weekday / 2 weekend weekly average. A missing day-type rate uses base_nightly_rate.

`pet_fee`	Optional direct-booking pet fee in USD, once per stay, from 0 to 5000. Shown as an optional extra; ordinary stay totals exclude it. Other pet-fee bases can be entered manually.
`airbnb_markup_percent`	Optional percentage added to the base rate, from 0 to 500. Enter 18 for 18%, not 0.18 or 18%. Blank means unknown; 0 means the same as direct.
